About Our Service Charge Revision

Thank you for your continued patronage.
In order to maintain and improve comfort in the guest environment and service quality, service charges for THE THOUSAND KYOTO and Kyoto Century Hotel will be changed to 15% (tax exclusive) of the total amount used from your stay or use of our banquet, wedding, or restaurant services starting on April 1 (Tuesday), 2025.

■Revised service charge rate applies to:
・Hotel use from April 1 (Tuesday), 2025 booked on or after March 1 (Saturday), 2025

■Current service charge rate applies to:
・Hotel use until March 31 (Monday), 2025
・Hotel use from April 1 (Tuesday), 2025 booked by February 28 (Friday), 2025

We will continue to pursue even better hospitality and strive to provide services and values to satisfy your expectations.
We apologize to our longtime patrons for the change and thank you for your kind understanding.
